Join us Saturday March 17th from 6:30 to 8:30p.m.for the 3rd Sat Art Walk / Night Out at the Museum.

March feature:
Opening Reception in the Indigenous Art Gallery: Native Children’s Artwork and New Music.
The Maidu Museum will be presenting the artwork from the children of Sierra Native Alliance, United Auburn Indian Community and the Sacramento City Unified School District’s Indian Education Program.
A highlight of the evening will be the performance of three new, original songs from the Sierra Native Alliances’ “Maidu Independent Theater’s” presentation of How Humans Got Their Hands, based on a Maidu Indian legend.
