The Keaton Raphael Memorial , a local non-profit helping children battling cancer and their families, joins online forces with social marketing  gurus at Windfarm Marketing.  The goal is to strategically establish and build KRM's brand and online presence as two companies coming together to join in the fight as one. A strategic online presence is especially important for KRM as a free outlet to communicate and build awareness, stay in touch with past and present families, donors, and supporters, along with capturing attention of the new.

Rocklin's annual favorite, Hot Chili & Cool Cars, returns to for it's 20th year on Pacific Street in Rocklin  Saturday, September 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The 20th annual event is sponsored by R.C. Willey, Five Star Auto Care. The classic car contest will feature some of the area’s most popular automotive beauties, and enthusiastic chili cooks will vie for the chance to be crowned champion of the chili cook-off. The kid’s area will boast bounce houses, a climbing wall, face painting, games and crafts to entertain the younger set, along with the traditional midway. The Groove Thang Band will be heading up the entertainment.

September is a time to go for the gold and fight back for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Local charity, Keaton Raphael Memorial (KRM) represents gold all year round focusing on building awareness every day. Their mission is to provide educational, emotional, and financial support for children with cancer and their families while building awareness and funds toward a cure.
