ROSEVILLE, CA - A Roseville coach, who is accused of inflicting bizarre abuse on five student athletes and obtaining credit for fraudulent means, was arrested for a third time Wednesday for fraud.
Francis Amiteye Ngissah, 24, was arrested at his Roseville home in connection to three separate cases of fraud, Roseville police spokesperson Dee Dee Gunther said.
Ngissah is suspected of using checks connected to closed accounts to pay for auto parts and groceries; he is also accused of signing a deed of trust to a house he didn't own as collateral to a bail bondsman, Gunther said.
Ngissah was arrested early in January after foreign students in his college preparatory basketball academy claimed he attached clothes pins to their nipples, restrained them with zip-ties and forced them to stand in a corner for hours on end.

He was arrested again last week after a month-long investigation lead police to arrest Ngissah for suspected acts of fraud and forgery.
