The Salt Mine needs your help! Guiding Fitness will give away specials on their services to individuals donating any of the items below. The following is a list of what The Salt Mine needs in order of priority:

Meals in a Can (raviolis, spaghettios, chili,
Tuna (turkey, chicken, beef) 6 oz
Powdered Milk
Peanut Butter - 15-18 oz.
Canned Spaghetti Sauce - 26 oz.
Soup - 10.5 oz.
stew, pork n beans, etc.)
Box of Cereal (low sugar)
Mac & Cheese - 7.5 oz.
Rice & Pasta Mixes
Oatmeal
Dry Pasta 1 lb.
Bag of Rice
Jelly
Canned Fruit -15 oz. (any kind)
Canned Beans -15 oz. (any kind)
Canned Green Beans -15 oz.
Canned Mixed Vegetables -15 oz.
Canned Stewed or Diced Tomatoes -15 oz.
Canned Corn -15 oz.(any vegetable)
Canned Juice
Paper or plastic Grocery Bags.
Other items needed include: personal hygiene items for the homeless personal care bags, paper or plastic grocery bags, Baby Diapers (all sizes), and baby food.
