Thunder’s Carly Perkins signs for softball scholarship | Fun
Rocklin High senior, Carly Perkins, has signed an NAIA National Letter of Intent to play women’s softball for Humboldt State University. Perkins, will play first base and outfielder for the Lumberjacks on the Arcata campus.
Thunder Softball Coach, Marissa Hardy has high praise for Perkins. "Carly is an athlete who works hard for what she wants while supporting her teammates to reach their fullest potential,” Hardy said. “ I believe that with her work ethic and determination, Carly can contribute to the success of the softball program at Humboldt State."
Perkins will enroll at Humboldt State as a Biology major. She is the daughter Phil and Kenley Perkins of Rocklin.
