UPDATE: Missing at-risk North Highlands man found safe
SACRAMENTO, CA -A North Highlands man missing since Friday evening was found safe Monday morning, according to Sacramento County sheriff's sergeant Jason Ramos.
Preston Allington, 26, disappeared from his home home on the 6900 block of Stoneman Drive around 8 p.m.
Ramos said Allington was considered at-risk because of a diminished mental capacity.
